Exceptionally, the Jardin des Nations will be opening its doors on 4 Saturday afternoons and will be offering access to the “Voyage à 360°” show, as well as activities for families and a mulled wine and sweet stall from the Potager!

The Genève Cultive association will be present on Saturday afternoons (3pm – 6.30pm) with a mulled wine stand and small treats from the Potager to enjoy.

Participatory workshop at the Potager des Nations

 

 

SATURDAY 18TH NOVEMBER

Day at the Potager

1pm – 5pm

 

Join us with family and friends for the fifth work camp of the season. This is your chance to lend a hand in preparing the Potager for winter, and to enjoy mulled wine and soup together at the end of the day.

From 5.30pm, you’ll have the chance to talk to permaculture gardening specialists.

There will also be a stall selling seasonal produce such as courage, beetroot, chard and leeks.

SATURDAY 25TH NOVEMBER

Creative workshop for parents and children

1pm – 3pm

 

The Jardin des Nations is teaming up with the BloomingArt workshop to offer a creative workshop combining digital art and plastic art.

Accessible to children aged 8 and over, this workshop is an amazing experience!

As part of a private screening, you’ll discover the immersive show “Voyage à 360°”. In just 30 minutes, you’ll be taken on an incredible journey through the universe, painting and mathematics. Afterwards, you’ll take part in a workshop in which the aim will be to get children (and adults too!) to transcribe what they felt during the show, using paint and experimental collage.

The workshop will be run in French by an art teacher.

 

🕐 Programme

12.45pm: arrival on site

1pm – 1.30pm: immersive show “Voyage à 360°” (private session for the group).

1.30pm – 3pm: creative workshop on site

Package 1 parent, 1 child                       CHF 80.00

Package 1 parent, 2 children                 CHF 110.00

Included in the price: access to the immersive show, creative workshop and materials.

– A child must always be accompanied by a parent. The workshop takes place in duos or trios (one parent with one child or one parent with two children).

A private workshop can be organised on request.

As the festive season approaches, the BloomingArt studio is offering two workshops at the Jardin des Nations.

Come and make your Christmas cards and decorations at these two special events, and when you register for the workshop, you’ll get a reserved place and a special rate for the immersive “Voyage à 360°” projection at 3.30pm.

👉 Children under 12 get a free ticket for the screening, and adults pay a reduced rate of CHF 12.

 

The workshops, led in French by an art teacher, are open to all and can accommodate children aged 6 and over.

2.15pm – 3.30pm: workshop (cards or Christmas decorations)

3.30pm – 4pm (optional): immersive show “Voyage à 360°”.
