Rules for access to the immersive space
- Please respect and adhere to the schedule indicated on your ticket.
- Please present your identity card when validating your ticket.
- All drinks and food are prohibited.
- Wear overshoes to enter the immersive space (provided at the entrance).
- Roller skates and other sports equipment are prohibited.

Tickets are sold online (preferably). The tickets can also be sold on site.
Groups (from 10 people) and school classes benefit from special discounted rates (see below).

Tickets are only valid with the presentation of a corresponding identity card.
* For the reduced Family fare, a maximum of 4 people, including 2 adults and 2 young people between 12 and 22 years old or 1 adult and 3 young people between 12 and 22 years old will be allowed. For each additional young person, an additional ticket at the normal price is required. Please present an ID card to validate the age of the young people when checking tickets.
** The reduced rates for school classes applies to all groups entering the school association, including Matura classes, vocational Matura classes and vocational schools. Students under 12 years of age receive free admission.
*** Geneva City Pass holders must present their pass with their ticket at the entrance of the show. Without a Geneva City Pass, people will have to pay the indicated fee to enter the space.
1 teacher is needed to accompany each group of 15 students.

Accessibility
- Age limit: the immersive show is accessible to all.
- Guide dogs: animals are not allowed, with the except for guide dogs for the blind.
- Strollers: strollers are not allowed in the immersive space.
- People with reduced mobility: The Jardin des Nations and the immersive space are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
- Parking: a small parking is available for visitors to the Jardin des Nations. It is located at the end of the street, which runs alongside the Potager des Nations.
Folding seats are available at the entrance to the immersive space.
