What are the sanitary conditions for access to the jardin?

Access to the Jardin is free for the entire outdoor area (without COVID certificate), except in the case of major events.

Access to the Vermeer immersive show requires the COVID-19 certificate (2G) for people aged 16 and over. Wearing a mask inside is mandatory for people aged 12 and over.


I am from abroad, what rule(s) apply to me?

Wherever you come from, Swiss regulations apply throughout the Jardin, so the above information applies to you as well.


Are there any facilities for people with reduced mobility/disabilities?

The Jardin has designed wheelchair access paths throughout the property. The Syleppse is equipped with an adapted wheelchair access ramp.


Is there any age restriction?

The Jardin is accessible to all ages. However, the sale and consumption of alcohol is prohibited to minors (under 16 years old)


Can I film the show?

The use of recording devices is permitted, as long as it does not disturb the other patrons. The use of flash is not allowed.


Is there an infirmary?

A first aid kit and a defibrillator are on site and the staff present have undergone extensive first aid training.
